It's worth the money, good service.

.- It's easy to get to the hotel frim ICN airport by bus 6006, especially if you have big luggage and not convenient to take trains to the hotel. The hotel location also close to Gangnam area, only 2-3 bus stops to take. .- The room was super cozy and temperature set up during winter time was totally fine for me as I visited during the week that temperature in Seoul was about 2 to -11. The bed was tooooooo cozy for me so I work up super late than I expected lolll. .- The view at east wing really nice. Facilities in the room are all okay. .- Breakfast that include in the package also really good, very nice restaurant. .- All staffs at the hotel so friendly.

.- The access to east wing may not convenient for some users. I mean if they don't like to take more than 2 steps to get to the room. But for me it's okay and the view of east wing is really nice. .- Don't know how to connect TV in the room as it was all in Korean.

Worth a stay

The hotel is within walking distance to Sinsa cultural hub, so it's super convenient to get to lots of nice eateries and shops. But the hotel itself is located off the main road, so it's very chill and quiet. There's not so much of a view, my room just looks down to the back alley, but the sky was quite nice when I was there (during the Mid-autumn fest), so that's not a big problem. The restaurant is quite pricey, but the food totally makes up for that, worth every penny! I love the herbal tea they have there.

Be careful when you get back to the hotel at night. The back alley that leads to the main door is lit, but the other road (main highway from sinsa station) is very dark at night, and there are big trees that block street light, so have a flash with you. The aircon in our room is a mystery. I think it works on an auto mode, which turns on when it's warm indoors, but never off? The remote control didn't work, so we had to use the wall controller. If we brought the temp down to 18-19 degrees, the aircon turned on. If we brought it up to 23-24 degrees, the aircon turned off :))) fascinating first night trying to figure it out

Great location, but needs some maintenance

Great location to public transport, shops, restaurants for Seoul standards a good price for value.

It used to be my go to hotel. Now - first visit after the pandemic. I felt that the hotel aged badly and felt a bit neglected. Several details such a bathrobe belt with holes, mold in the bathroom, cupboard with broken doors and drawers, damaged bathroom shelves, bathroom door that could not be closed- that should have been fixed. Having said that, the receptioni staff improved from before.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room in Sinsa district.

For a solo travel the room and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable. Everything from the lobby, elevator, halls and room is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel in a quiet place

The room was spacious and it was cleaned every day. It is located on the quiet street, but you can get to the K-road or to the Gangnam-gu very easily. Airport bus stops are very close, so it was very comfortable and fast to get to the airport. The district has many shops around, it was good place for shopping.

The furniture in the room looked a little old and shabby.

The location is perfect ! Just right in front of the hotel, you can find a very nice coffee shop. The ambience & cleanliness also great, feels like home :)

Clean, comfortable and quiet, with a friendly helpful staff,

The friendly staff is very accommodating to bicyclist, The lobby and rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The room has a nice writing desk and good lighting. There are four bicycle stores in a three block radius. The hotel is near bus service from Incheon Airport, and has easy access to the riverside Hangang Park. There is a street of restaurants 200m away.

The room size is adequate for one person, but would be cozy for two.

Truly cosy and relaxed, perfect for a solo introverted traveller

Quiet, simple and relaxed ambience. Cosy and polite service. There is a lot of attention to making it a curated experience - from lobby reading materials to electronic checkin / check out. Sinsa location was easy to commute from.

I appreciated most aspects of this hotel stay. These are some suggestions to consider for improvement only because i truly want to help: Whilst there was the option to signal preference for GREEN initiative with the card on the bed, it seems towels and slippers were still being replaced daily. I visited the rooftop of East wing on a Sunday evening at 6pm but it still didn’t seemed open despite the sign indicating it would be from 5pm? The room seemed quite dusty upon checking in - perhaps a more recent clean would be valuable. For the first time visitor, more descriptive information on the best way to navigate to the hotel from the airport could be handy. also perhaps quick induction to nearby cafes and supermarkets etc.

Very good

I really liked that the vibe and look of the place was homey and sleek at the same time. Gym was excellent for a 3 star too. Neighborhood is nice and upscale - may not be at prepandemic levels but it meant area is quiet (this is a necessity as hotel doesn't operate air-conditioning so we needed to keep the windows open!)

I think the hotel may have recently opened again and hence not yet fully operational. Air-conditioning is not available and breakfast is only on weekends though there is a coffee place right across and plenty of nearby options

I might return because of the location..

This hotel has the best location, very near to garosugil , lots of eatery and shopping yet it has a quite surroundings as it's off the main street.

Some of plugs in the room are not working well, so as the wifi. Also the hair dryer is a pain, heat up easily but the wind speed is so low; at times it's hard to hold onto it cause it's so hot.... The pillows are too soft so i couldn't sleep well during my entire stay, should provide firmer pillow as option

There were rooms available, but early check-in was subject to a charge of 15000 per hour. I had an overnight flight and had no choice but to pay 45000 won for three hours. There was no listing in advance or anywhere...

Another enjoyable stay and I plan to return.

Location was fine for my purposes. The price was good value, the room quiet, staff friendly, room facilities very adequate. Bed was comfortable. The hotel looked after my luggage while I went on a short trip. There was good shopping nearby and good eating places. Location was near where my friends live.

As far as I know, breakfast was not included in my room rate. I did not eat at the adjacent restaurant as the menu looked limited and the "room service" menu did not appeal.
